Rules

- must use standard fidget spinners
- must stack the fidget spinners one at a time on a pepper held in one hand
- pepper must be held by the participant during the attempt
- the hand holding the pepper may not rest on any object for the full duration of the attempt
- stack must remain upright without outside support long enough to confirm the final count
- adhesives, fasteners, hidden supports, or other stabilizing aids are not permitted
- must provide video evidence showing the full stack, final count, and required hold
