Bill Clark tore 21 full plastic-coated decks of playing cards in two within a 30-second window at Binghamton University's West Gym. The attempt took place during a public charity event raising awareness around anxiety, depression, and mental health, with assistants handing him decks and officials on site to inspect the cards.

Rules

- Must use complete, standard-size, plastic-coated decks of playing cards.
- Each deck must include the full set of cards; jokers and rule cards may be included if they are part of the deck being used.
- Decks may be handed to the record setter by assistants.
- Each counted deck must be torn completely into two separate pieces by hand within the 30-second attempt window.
- Decks not fully torn into two pieces before time expires do not count.
- Must provide video evidence with a clear start, stop, and count.
